Here comes Santa Claus...

This weekend Santa Claus was visting Ladera Ranch. I thought I would attempt to take some photos but wasn't too sure how Tristan would react. As you can see, he was a little frightened by the experience. It only took a few seconds before he welled up in tears. He didn't know quite what to think. So I guess we can try again next year for a smile with Santa.

New York

We recently returned from our trip to New York. Chris had a business trip and decided to bring us along for our first time to the Big Apple. We had so much fun. The weather was beautiful and it was so neat to see the change of season to fall. Something we don't get to experience so much in Southern Ca. We stayed in a small hotel right on Broadway about a block away from the David Letterman show and a couple blocks from Central Park. Wow, did our feet hurt after a couple days of non stop walking. Tristan did amazing on the trip. He got nothing but attention from everyone and loved every minute of it. We can't wait to go back to experience everything we didn't have time to see.

Tristan loved the piano

Time Square

The Naked Cowboy in Timesquare (It was probably 40 degrees out that day)

We ate dinner at the famous Seinfeld diner

Six Months Old...

Our little rascal turned six months old and is keeping us on our toes these days. He has changed so much in one months time. He has the funniest personality and his little laugh cracks us up. You never know what he will think is funny. He has been able to move him self around for the past couple of months and as soon as he turned six months, he took off and is now fully crawling. He has also started pulling himself up on everything he can reach. He has already fallen and bumped himself several times, but it doesn't stop this determined little guy.

Beanie Baby

Looking forward to the cold weather and cute beanies.

Oak Glen

For many years it has been a tradition to take a trip to Oak Glen in the fall with my family. Oak Glen is located at the base of the San Bernardino mountains and is famous for it's apple orchards where you can pick your own apples, shop, pic-nic and much more. We all had such a great time and the weather couldn't have been more beautiful. And of course we couldn't leave without a carmel apple, apple pie, cidar or apple butter. It is all so delicious. The trip is always a great way to kick off the holidays.
